Configuration Steps:

1. In Menu, tap   nPlayer Network@3x  Network.

2. Look for the + plus sign at the top right corner.

3. In New Server, choose Google Drive.

4. Sign into your registered Google Account and tap Allow.

5. Open “Shared with me” folder

Settings:

We recommend you to follow our guide to configure the app. This is to allow smooth playback.

Under menu, tap nPlayer Settings@3x  Settings.

  1. General > Menu Items > Wi-Fi Transfer > Turn Off
  2. List > Icon Style > Change to Square
  3. List > Show Video Info > Turn Off
  4. Video > Deinterlacing > On
  5. Subtitle > Preferred Languages > Add Language > Chinese > Edit > Move Chinese to top

Search:

nPlayer can only filter keywords. You can use this when you are looking for the title in the same folder.

Offline:

This is particularly useful when traveling. Offline means downloading our content to your devices. It takes up your internal storage space. You will not be able to download all our content as we have a library of 5TB.

Download

  1. Find a film / television programme.
  2. Tap and hold a particular movie / episode.
  3. Tap “Download”.
  4. Confirm your download destination which should be the Downloads folder.
  5. Tap “Download”.

Download selection

  1. Find a film / television programme.
  2. Tap menu, and Select. Tick video files.
  3. Bottom right corner, tap Download.

Play Offline

  1. In Menu, tap  nPlayer Local@3x   Local.
  2. Under the Downloads folder, you will find all your offline content. You can play the content here.

*  The   nPlayer Download@3x   Downloads section in Menu is only to view the download status and it cannot play the content.

Delete one by one

  1. Menu > nPlayer Download@3x  Downloads > Swipe finger to the left > Delete
  2. Menu >   nPlayer Local@3x   Local > Downloads Folder > Swipe finger to the left > Delete

Delete selection

  1. Menu > nPlayer Download@3x  Downloads > Tap Trash > Clear All
  2. Menu >  nPlayer Local@3x   Local > Downloads Folder > Tap menu, and Select > Tick video files > Bottom right, Delete.

Gesture control:

  • Pinch to zoom
  • Fast forward: Tap/drag right (the longer the drag, the further forward the video will go)
  • Rewind video: Tap/drag left (the longer the drag, the further back the video will go)
  • Adjust screen brightness: Tap/drag up/down on left half screen
  • Adjust video volume: Tap/drag up/down on right half of screen
